Editorial One - Auditions

Well, after reviewing all of the submissions to the Redball Open, as the inaugural tourney for the SDL this year, I have to compliment everyone who was interested, and submitted something an audition for it.

After reviewing the auditions, there were some things which I would like to potentially comment on as a bit of constructive criticism for future auditions if it's for a specific brand. Try to include why you feel that your dueler would be the best potential candidate for the product or team being represented. It's been no secret that there are teams that have certain goals, and the tournaments, like this one is no different.

I am not faulting anyone of their submissions at all, I just think that this piece of advice should be pertinent in the mind of anyone that is auditioning for future tourneys. Keep in mind little things like that if you're trying to sell yourself for a specific company, they havce a certain image they want to convey. Do you think you would be a good fit for that image?

I wish all the best of luck on this, and for those competitors who didn't make the final cut, I would personally love to see what other things you move onto duel wise and other tourneys.
